Instructions and Guidelines for Use. This template is for use with a corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, or individual. It is used for procurement of services from an independent contractor company when it is prudent to detail the services in a Statement of Work (see Exhibit A). Instructions and Guidelines for Use. This Speaker/Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is appropriate for use when the University has invited a party to participate in a particular engagement, project or activity and the University desires to capture that party’s participation in audio, video or other media format. Examples of when to use this Agreement include when the party is participating as a: Speaker Lecturer Presenter Debate participant Panel participant Contest judge Coursera participant Online course participant iTunes University speaker This Agreement can be issued to the individual speaker/participant or to an agent or agency representing the speaker/participant. This Speaker/Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the University of Pittsburgh - Of the Commonwealth System of Higher Education ("University") and ________________________________ (“Speaker/Participant”).   • COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES During the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder, Executive shall adhere to the policies and standards of professionalism set forth in the Company’s Policies and Procedures as they may exist from time to time.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the Funder or the Ministry will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.
