Instructions for Processing. SpryPoint shall Process Personal Data in accordance with Client’s documented instructions. Client instructs SpryPoint to Process Personal Data to provide the Covered Service in accordance with the Agreement (including this DPE). Client may provide additional instructions to SpryPoint to Process Personal Data, however SpryPoint shall be obligated to perform such additional instructions only if they are consistent with the terms and scope of the Agreement and this DPE.
