Common use of Instructions for Processing Clause in Contracts

Instructions for Processing. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall process Client Personal Data only to provide ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Services in accordance with the Agreement and this Addendum, which the parties agree serve as Client's documented instructions. Client may provide additional instructions to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ to process Client Personal Data, provided that ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall be obligated to perform such additional instructions only if they are consistent with the terms and scope of the Agreement and this Addendum. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will inform Client if ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ believes that any instructions provided by Client violate any Privacy Laws.
