Instructor Incentive Clause Samples

The Instructor Incentive clause establishes the terms under which instructors are rewarded for their participation or performance in a program or course. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for earning incentives, such as meeting certain enrollment targets, achieving high student satisfaction scores, or completing specific training modules. By clearly defining how and when incentives are earned, this clause motivates instructors to perform at their best and aligns their efforts with the goals of the organization, ultimately fostering higher quality instruction and engagement.
