Insulator. An employer who hires an employee whose main duty consists of seeing to the on- site distribution and preparation of equipment for the insulator trade shall give hiring preference to an insulator who, because of his age (50 years or over) or a disability, is unable to practise his trade, provided he is able to perform the work requested.
