Insurance Closeout Process. Unless otherwise directed by Concessionaire, general liability/excess liability coverage for operations under the OCIP will terminate at ▇▇▇▇ Ex Final Completion. General liability/excess liability coverage for completed operations will commence upon completion of the work according to the OCIP insurance policy provisions and will be provided for ten (10) years or through the applicable statute of repose, whichever is less. Should a Contractor or a Subcontractor return to the Project Right of Way for any reason after their coverage under the OCIP has ceased, the Contractor or a Subcontractor is required to provide its own insurance coverage in compliance with the Contractor Required Coverage and must provide a certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage.
