Common use of Insurance Documentation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Documentation. TransWorks shall, upon HireRight's request, furnish to HireRight certificates of insurance or other appropriate documentation (including evidence of renewal of insurance) evidencing all coverages referenced in Article 28.01 and naming HireRight as an additional insured. TransWorks and/or its insurance carrier shall provide at least thirty (30) advance written notice to HireRight of any intention on the part of the carrier to cancel such coverage.
