Integration and Amendment. This Regional Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Boulder PLGs and terminates any oral or collateral agreement or understandings. This Regional Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by the Boulder PLGs. If any provision of this Regional Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, no other provision shall be affected by such holding, and the remaining provision of this Regional Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
