Common use of Integration Clause Clause in Contracts

Integration Clause. This Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the settlement and the transaction contemplated hereby, and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and statements, whether oral or written and whether by a party or such party’s legal counsel are merged herein. No rights hereunder may be waived except in writing.

Integration Clause. This Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement between a full, complete, and integrated statement of each and every term and provision agreed to by and among the Parties relating to and supersedes any prior writings or agreements (written or oral) between or among the settlement Parties, which prior agreements may no longer be relied upon for any purpose.
