Common use of Integration Clause Clause in Contracts

Integration Clause. This Release and the Severance Agreement contain the Parties’ entire agreement with regard to the separation of Executive’s employment, and supersede and replace any prior agreements as to those matters, whether oral or written. This Release may not be changed or modified, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Executive and a duly authorized officer or director of the Company.

Integration Clause. This Release Release, and the Severance Agreement contain the Parties’ entire agreement with regard to the separation of Executive’s employment, and supersede and replace any prior agreements as to those matters, whether oral or written. This Release and Agreement, together with all documents referenced herein, contains the Severance Agreement contain the Parties’ entire agreement of the Parties with regard to the separation of Executive’s employment, and supersede supersedes and replace replaces any prior agreements as to those mattersthat matter, whether oral or writtenincluding, without limitation, that certain Severance Agreement dated April 3, 2009, between the Company and Executive. This Release Agreement may not be changed or modified, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Executive and a duly authorized an executive officer or director of the Company.
