Integration with Other Applications. Reference page 26 in RFP-EM 22-001 Element451 integrates with external solutions through flat-file, API, and Zapier. Additionally, we can provide a middleware solution. Our CRM can import data from multiple sources, and users can define import templates via our drag and drop interface. During the implementation phase, every institution follows a customizable plan and integration schema. The Customer Success team will help you determinethe details and data mappings during the integration process. Our proposed integration with Jag Sync is via the REST APIs provided by Anthology Engage. Anthology Engage (previously Campus Logic Engage) allowsaccess to user data via its web services (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/hc/en-us/articles/360027628671). Related to Integration with Other Applications

  • Cooperation with Authorities Each party hereto shall cooperate with the other party and all appropriate governmental authorities (including without limitation the SEC) and shall permit such authorities reasonable access to its books and records in connection with any investigation or inquiry relating to this agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Compliance with Other Agreements Employee represents and warrants that the execution of this Agreement by him and his performance of his obligations hereunder will not conflict with, result in the breach of any provision of or the termination of or constitute a default under any agreement to which Employee is a party or by which Employee is or may be bound.

  • COOPERATION WITH REGULATORY AUTHORITIES OR OTHER ACTIONS The parties to this Agreement each agree to cooperate in a reasonable manner with each other in the event that any of them should become involved in a legal, administrative, judicial or regulatory action, claim, or suit as a result of performing its obligations under this Agreement.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS Compliance with the terms of this Agreement does not relieve the Respondent of any obligation to comply with any other applicable laws or regulations administered by, through or for RIDEM or any other governmental entity.

  • VERIFICATION OF LICENSES, CREDENTIALS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS a) CONTRACTOR shall submit to LEA a staff list, and copies of all current licenses, credentials, permits and/or other documents, which entitle the holder to provide special education and/or related services by individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall notify the CDE and the LEA in writing as specified in the LEA Procedures and CDE within forty-five (45) days when personnel changes occur which may affect the provision of special education and/or related services to LEA students as specified in the LEA Procedures. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if current license or credential documents are not available through no fault of the NPS/A, timely application having theretofore been made, this Master Contract shall remain in effect until such documents are made available to the NPS/A from the Consumer Affairs Department or the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. The NPS/A shall in turn submit copies of same to the LEA within five (5) business days of receipt by the NPS/A. b) CONTRACTOR shall monitor the status of licenses, credentials, permits and/or other documents for all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide special education services to LEA students. CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA updated information regarding the status of licenses, credentials, permits and/or other documents as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR will be considered to be in breach of this contract for any service provided by an unqualified provider or one who has an expired credential. In such an event, the provider shall be paid at 70% of the agreed upon rate.
