Implementation Phase definition

Implementation Phase means that phase of a PPP transaction which takes place following the achievement of the financial close of the PPP transaction;
Implementation Phase means the tenure of the engagement of the Selected Bidder, including all extension periods, starting from the date of the issuance of LOA, and ending on the Go Live date.

More Definitions of Implementation Phase

Implementation Phase means the period commencing from the Contract Start Date up to and including the date on which the CoC is issued by the Project Developer;
