Full Implementation definition

Full Implementation means all phases of implementation set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto have been fully completed.
Full Implementation means the earlier occurring of (i) the first day of a one month period during which US Servis is providing RM Services for Client on Net Collections of at least [Confidential] or (ii) the first year anniversary of the Effective Date.
Full Implementation means that on a weighted average basis at least ***% of the lives used for calculating the PMPM will be subject to all of the Programs. Should the Health Plans in aggregate fall below this threshold, then United Healthcare will no longer qualify for the Trend Guarantee until the threshold is again met.

  • During Provider Credentialing under Full Implementation, no less frequently than every three (3) years, except as otherwise permitted by the Department.

  • In an effort to ensure continuity of staff in the Meter Reader Workgroup throughout the Full Implementation Phase of the Smart Meter Program, each active Employee that occupies a position in the Meter Reader Workgroup on December 31st of each calendar year (except in cases where an Employee is laid off part way through any calendar year) will be eligible to receive an annual lump-sum payment in January of each calendar year for service during the previous calendar year.

Full Implementation or “Complete Roll-out” means implementation of the application System after User Acceptance Test.

Related to Full Implementation

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the implementation unit for the Project referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.
