Intellectual Property Security Agreement Sample Clauses

Intellectual Property Security Agreement. The Intellectual Property Security Agreement attached to the Asset Purchase Agreement as Exhibit G is hereby amended as set forth in Exhibit 6.

Intellectual Property Security Agreement. An Intellectual Property Security Agreement executed by Borrower in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.

Intellectual Property Security Agreement. Duly executed originals of the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, dated the Closing Date, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, together with all instruments, documents and agreements executed pursuant thereto.
