Common use of Intentions Clause in Contracts

The Shareholder intends to continue managing the business operations of the New PC on a full-time basis for the next (3) years and does not know of any fact or condition that adversely affects, or in the future may adversely effect, his ability or intention to manage the business of the New PC on a full-time basis for the next three (3) years.
