Interactive Services. This Bicoastal Media Website may offer certain Bicoastal Media Internet Services having interactive components such as bulletin boards, chat rooms, blogs, and forums (collectively “Bicoastal Media Interactive Services”). Additional terms may cover these services, which appear on the pages where these services are available and can be found here.

Interactive Services. In connection with your use of the Services, you may have access to and use of discussion groups, chat rooms, bulletin boards and other interactive functionality ("Interactive Services"). If you participate in or use any Interactive Services, you are responsible for any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, webinars or other materials ("Content") you upload, post, link to or otherwise transmit (collectively "transmit") and the consequences thereof. If you choose to transmit any Content using such Interactive Services, you agree to do so solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You expressly agree that we have no responsibility for or control over the Content you may transmit using these Interactive Services. We make no representation that your use of the Interactive Services will comply with applicable laws or that they were designed to comply with the applicable laws. Additionally, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, quality, or reliability of any of the Content posted, displayed, linked to or otherwise transmitted via any Interactive Services. We also do not endorse any opinions expressed in or through any Interactive Services. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. Although we do not actively monitor, regulate or pre-screen your use of the Services, we reserve the unconditional right (but not the obligation) to remove, move or edit any Content we consider harmful, offensive, disruptive, in violation of law, regulation or any agreement, including, without limitation, which is or may be in violation of this Agreement. We have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for performance or nonperformance of the monitoring activities. You hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license, with right to sublicense, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any Content you submit via the Interactive Services by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed for any use or purpose.

Interactive Services. Subject to the restrictions set forth herein, the Interactive Services will allow you to participate in comment sections and other interactive areas of the Site. You agree to use the Interactive Services in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that This College Life TM shall incur no liability to you and shall have no obligation to you in connection with any Feedback appearing in or through the Interactive Services. This College Life TM does not warrant or represent that the Feedback posted via the Interactive Services is accurate, complete, or appropriate. This College Life TM reserves the right to remove and Feedback from the Site at any time and for any reason, in This College Life’s TM sole discretion.

Interactive Services. We will do our best to assess any possible risks for users from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our site, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not. The use of any of the Services and any interactive Services by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. We advise parents who permit their children to use an interactive service that it is important that they communicate with their children about their safety online, as moderation is not foolproof. Minors who are using any interactive service should be made aware of the potential risks to them. Where we do moderate an interactive service, we will normally provide you with a means of contacting the moderator, should a concern or difficulty arise.
