Interagency Sharing of Communications Systems and Frequencies. A Cooperative Radio Frequency Plan specifying the radio frequencies available for shared use and any appropriate guidelines or restrictions for such use are attached (Addendum XX). Each responsible dispatch office shall retain control of, police the use of, and allocate frequency use as necessary. In mutual aid situations, a common designated radio frequency identified in the AOP should be used for incident communications. All incident resources should utilize and monitor this frequency for incident information, tactical use, and changes in weather conditions or other emergency situations. See Appendix XX for frequency list.
Interagency Sharing of Communications Systems and Frequencies. Both agencies signing this plan agree to share the use of their interagency fire suppression radio frequencies or talk groups upon written approval and authorization of request. Letters authorizing use of frequencies or talk groups will be kept on file at both agencies.   • APPROVAL OF GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS Competitive Supplier shall cooperate with the Town in the drafting and sending of messages and information to Eligible Consumers concerning the Program or any matter arising under or related to this ESA. Prior to sending any direct mail, advertising, solicitation, bill insert, electronic mail, or other similar written or electronic communication (collectively, “General Communications”) to Participating Consumers (but excluding individually drafted or tailored communications responding to the specific complaint or circumstance of an individual consumer), Competitive Supplier shall provide a copy of such General Communication to the Town for its review to determine whether it is consistent with the purposes and goals of the Town. The Town shall have the right to disapprove such General Communications and suggest revisions if it finds the communication inconsistent with the purposes and goals of the Town, factually inaccurate or likely to mislead; provided, however: (i) that the communication shall be deemed approved if the Town fails to respond within seven (7) business days; and (ii) that no approval shall be necessary for any communication (a) regarding any emergency situation involving any risk to the public health, safety or welfare; (b) which has been approved by or is required by the Department, the DOER, or any other Governmental Authority; or (c) in the nature of routine monthly or periodic bills, or collection notices, except that any bill insert or message included at the bottom of such bill not within the scope of (a) or (b) above shall require approval. If the Town objects to any General Communication on the grounds it is inconsistent with the purposes and goals of the Town, the Competitive Supplier, after consultation as provided in this Article 5.6, may nevertheless elect to send such General Communication provided that it: (i) clearly indicates on such mailing that it has not been endorsed by the Town, (ii) has previously provided all Participating Consumers a meaningful chance to opt not to receive such General Communications, (iii) has stated in connection with such chance to opt not to receive such communications that “the Town wants to protect Eligible Consumers from receiving marketing materials if you do not wish to do so,” and

Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access.   • Agreement Administration and Communications A.   • Communications and Computer Lines Tenant may install, maintain, replace, remove or use any communications or computer wires and cables (collectively, the “Lines”) at the Project in or serving the Premises, provided that (i) Tenant shall obtain Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, use an experienced and qualified contractor approved in writing by Landlord, and comply with all of the other provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of this Lease, (ii) an acceptable number of spare Lines and space for additional Lines shall be maintained for existing and future occupants of the Project, as determined in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, (iii) the Lines therefor (including riser cables) shall be appropriately insulated to prevent excessive electromagnetic fields or radiation, and shall be surrounded by a protective conduit reasonably acceptable to Landlord, (iv) any new or existing Lines servicing the Premises shall comply with all applicable governmental laws and regulations, (v) as a condition to permitting the installation of new Lines, Landlord may require that Tenant remove existing Lines located in or serving the Premises and repair any damage in connection with such removal, (vi) Tenant shall remove all Lines installed by or on behalf of Tenant, and repair any damage in connection with such removal, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease (and if Tenant fails to complete such removal and/or to repair any damage caused by the removal of such Lines, Landlord may do so and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the cost thereof, as an obligation which shall expressly survive termination of this Lease), and (vii) Tenant shall pay all costs in connection therewith, including any fees charged by Landlord for Tenant’s use of the Building’s telecommunications capacity in excess of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s pro rata share thereof. Landlord reserves the right to require that Tenant remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which are installed in violation of these provisions, or which are at any time in violation of any laws or represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of PNG. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by PNG.
