Interchangeability. Where desirable, employees are to be trained to a standard to maximise their flexibility in covering the various roles in the workshop. It is agreed that: • Employees will be flexible in their approach to learning and applying new skills in line with the needs of the workshop. • Employees will assist each other in their development through sharing knowledge and skills.
