Common use of Interconnection Customer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer Obligations. Interconnection Customer shall maintain satisfactory operating communications with Transmission Provider’s Transmission System dispatcher or representative designated by Transmission Provider. Interconnection Customer shall provide standard voice line, dedicated voice line and facsimile communications at its Generating Facility control room or central dispatch facility through use of either the public telephone system, or a voice communications system that does not rely on the public telephone system.
