Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities. The Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities shall be designed, constructed, operated, and maintained by the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the following requirements, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the NYISO OATT, or applicable NYISO Procedures: NYISO requirements, industry standards and specifications, regulatory requirements, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s applicable Electric System Bulletins (“ESBs”), provided at the following website: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ProNet/Technical-Resources/Electric-Specifications, the Project Specific Specifications, and Good Utility Practice. All protection scheme design drawings and relay settings shall be prepared by the Interconnection Customer’s NYS licensed professional engineer, and the design and equipment specifications shall be provided to the Connecting Transmission Owner for review, comment and acceptance, prior to application and testing in accordance with the ESBs. Interconnection Customer’s Small Generating Facility is afforded the exemptions contained in Article 1.8.3.3 of this Agreement and Interconnection Customer shall make Reasonable Efforts to keep outages of the Small Generating Facility’s governor or equivalent controls and their impact on droop and deadband capability requirements contained in Article 1.8.3 to a minimum whenever the Small Generating Facility is operated in parallel with the New York State Transmission System.
