Common use of Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities. The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Interconnection Customer will design, procure, construct, and install the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities in accordance with applicable NYSEG technical requirements, Bulletin 86-01, to be provided by NYSEG.
