Interconnection Provider Consent. Seller shall execute a consent, in the form required by Interconnection Provider, to provide that PacifiCorp can read the meter and receive any and all data from the Interconnection Provider relating to transmission of Output or other matters relating to the Facility without the need for further consent from Seller.
