Interconnection to Sample Clauses

The "Interconnection to" clause defines the terms and conditions under which one party's systems, equipment, or facilities are physically or electronically connected to another party's infrastructure. Typically, this clause outlines the technical requirements, responsibilities for installation and maintenance, and any necessary approvals or compliance standards that must be met for the interconnection to occur. Its core practical function is to ensure that the integration between different systems or networks is conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with agreed standards, thereby minimizing operational risks and potential disputes.
