Each Party shall ensure that suppliers of public telecommunications networks or services in its territory provide interconnection with the suppliers of public telecommunications networks or services of the other Party to the extent provided for in its laws and regulations. 2. Each Party shall ensure that a supplier of public telecommunications networks or services in its territory does not use or provide commercially sensitive or confidential information of, or relating to, suppliers and end- users of public telecommunications networks or services, acquired as a result of interconnection arrangements, other than for the purpose of providing these services.
