Interfaces and Coordination of Works with others. 13.2.1. The Supplier acknowledges that the Project will be implemented as part of the construction of a new concourse in the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ International Airport. The Works are expected to be conducted parallel to the works of the other contractors engaged in the construction, therefore the Supplier will be required to cooperate and coordinate with the other contractors working at the Site and shall use its best efforts to accommodate their presence at the Site and to avoid or mitigate disturbance or interruption to the works. 13.2.2. The Supplier shall follow and abide by the instruction the Main Contractor in all matters relating to safety and security, access to the site, work organization areas, use of infrastructures such as electricity and water, means of transportation on Site, the coordination and integration of the Works according to the Schedule. 13.2.3. The Supplier shall not be entitled to any additional consideration and/or compensation or indemnification of any kind in connection with the supervision by the Main Contractor, and such supervision shall not affect the Supplier's compliance with the Schedule and/or the Time of Completion. 13.2.4. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, the Supplier may be required by the IAA to provide such information with respect to the Works to other contractors engaged by the IAA as may be necessary or advantageous to the execution of the Project. The Supplier shall attend all regular meetings while on-site; in addition, the Supplier shall attend other meetings if they are urgent and if the Supplier cannot give its input or perform its role effectively at such meeting by other means, without physically attending it. 13.2.5. The IAA shall inform the Supplier about works performed by other contractors in due time in order to enable proper coordination between the Supplier and such other works. The Supplier shall not claim any extension to the Schedule with respect to the Works arising out of its failure to reasonably coordinate the progress of the Works with such other contractors, subject however to the provisions of Section 9 above. 13.2.6. Nothing herein shall derogate from the responsibility of the Supplier to familiarize itself and to make independent inquiries regarding any potential interfaces which may have an effect on the performance of the Works and/or on the Time of Completion. 13.2.7. During the term of this Contract, the Supplier shall be obligated to cooperate, assist and coordinate the performance of the Works, including the design, installation and commissioning of the System, with the IAA, other contractors working on Site and other works carried out with respect to the Project, either directly with the other contractors or through the IAA’s Representative. 8.2.2.   • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles: (a) Such schedules shall be established by mutual agreement of the Home and the Union; (b) These schedules may pertain to full-time and/or part-time employees; (c) The introduction of such schedules and trial periods, if any, shall be determined by the local parties. Such schedules may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined through local negotiations; (d) Upon written agreement of the Home and the Union, the parties may agree to amend collective agreement provisions to accommodate any innovative unit schedules; (e) It is understood and agreed that these arrangements are based on individual circumstances and each agreement is made on a without prejudice or precedent basis. (f) It is understood and agreed that these arrangements can be utilized for temporary job postings for seasonal coverage (e.g. weekend workers, etc.).

  • Services to Others Clients Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit or restrict (i) the freedom of the Sub-adviser, or any affiliated person thereof, to render investment management and corporate administrative services to other investment companies, to act as investment manager or investment counselor to other persons, firms, or corporations, or to engage in any other business activities, or (ii) the right of any director, officer, or employee of the Sub-adviser, who may also be a director, officer, or employee of the Fund, to engage in any other business or to devote his or her time and attention in part to the management or other aspects of any other business, whether of a similar nature or a dissimilar nature.
