Common use of Interfacing Clause in Contracts

Interfacing. Should the CONTRACTOR be required to interface and undertake co-ordination activities with other Contractors as relevant to the WORK, the CONTRACTOR shall agree with the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE, the frequency and format of any meetings and co-ordination matters necessary between the CONTRACTOR and other parties.
