Common use of Interim Consultative Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Interim Consultative Proceedings. Between the time of the faculty member's request for an investigation and the investigation itself, there may be interim consultative proceedings arranged for by the Association and the Administration. Such proceedings are not mandatory, but provide an opportunity for a mutually satisfactory agreement between faculty member and the Administration to be reached. If no such agreement can be reached, the investigation shall proceed, unless the faculty member specifically requests that no further action be taken.
