Interim performance review. The supervisor of a probationary employee will meet with the employee, no later than thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the probationary period, to discuss any areas in which the employee needs to improve his or her performance prior to completion of the probationary period. This provision shall not, however, be interpreted to provide any employee with a right, express or implied, to grieve or otherwise challenge his or her discharge from employment during the probationary period.
