Internal Communications. The County agrees to provide the Association annually during the month of January a complete updated listing of the name, classification and department of assignment of all employees designated in the unit. Upon request of the Association, the County also agrees to provide a copy of the monthly status report which will include that information that is required by law. (Currently includes a list of members, employee identification number, department, classification, hire date and home address- unless such information is otherwise confidential). In the event the Human Resources Department produces periodic lists of demotions and/or transfers during the term of this agreement, copies of such lists shall be made available to the Association. In the event of a layoff in classes represented by the Association, the Association shall be provided with a copy of the resulting reinstatement list(s).
