Internal Evaluations. The Awardee must track progress toward achievement of its approved objectives. The Awardee also must monitor the quality of activities supported under the Agreement and the satisfaction of those receiving training or technical assistance, unless other arrangements are specified by Program Officer. Internal evaluation and monitoring should be a continuous process, allowing for frequent feedback and the quick correction of weaknesses.
