Internal Procedures and Processes. 1. Service Provider’s quality standards, outcome goals, internal processes and/or other service delivery requirements shall be documented to ensure provisions of applicable federal/state/county requirements are being met. Monitoring criteria to assess and evaluate internal controls will be developed to ensure and confirm appropriate internal controls. 2. Self-Monitoring to evaluate service delivery requirements and standards are being met shall be conducted, as appropriate and periodically throughout the term of Agreement.
