Common use of Internal process Clause in Contracts

Internal process. 1.3.1 If the dispute or grievance falls within the scope of an agency’s internal dispute or grievance resolution process, the matter must first be dealt with in accordance with that process. 1.3.2 If the dispute or grievance is not settled through an internal dispute or grievance resolution process, the matter will be dealt with in accordance with the processes set out below, provided that sub-clauses 1.

Internal process. 1.3.1 (a) If the dispute or grievance falls within the scope of an agencythe Employer’s internal dispute or grievance resolution process, the matter must first be dealt with in accordance with that process. 1.3.2 (b) If the dispute or grievance is not settled through an internal dispute or grievance resolution process, the matter will be dealt with in accordance with the processes set out below, provided that sub-clauses 1subclauses 43.4(a) and 43.4(b) will not apply to the extent that their requirements have been satisfied as part of an internal review process.
