Internal Use License. TI grants to You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to copy and use internally the Software Tools solely and exclusively in connection with the design, development, production, sale, maintenance, and support of Licensee Products.
