Common use of Internal Use License Clause in Contracts

Internal Use License. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and Licensee’s compliance therewith, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for the purpose of internal research purposes at the facilities of Licensee.
