Internet Connection. I. The Bank and the Applicant both agree to transmit and receive electronic documents over the internet. II. The Bank and the Applicant shall establish service agreements with their respective internet service providers to secure their own rights and obligations; both parties shall bear their own expenses incurred for accessing the internet.
