Unless otherwise specified herein, “behavioral health services” is defined as services delivered to individuals who have or are at risk of developing a mental health disorder, developmental disability, or substance use disorder.

NETWORK. 2.7.1 DCH will provide to the Contractor up-to-date changes to the State’s list of excluded Providers, as well as any additional information that will affect the Contractor’s Provider network.
2.7.2 DCH will consider all Contractors’ requests to waive network geographic access requirements in rural areas. All such requests shall be submitted in writing.
2.7.3 DCH will provide the State’s Provider Credentialing policies to the Contractor upon execution of this Contract.
