Internet Use Policy Clause Samples

An Internet Use Policy sets out the rules and guidelines for acceptable use of the internet and related resources within an organization. It typically outlines what types of online activities are permitted or prohibited, such as restrictions on accessing inappropriate websites, downloading unauthorized software, or using company networks for personal purposes. By establishing clear boundaries and expectations, this policy helps protect the organization from security risks, legal liabilities, and productivity losses associated with improper internet use.
Internet Use Policy. In addition to the above General Computer Use policies and the BCPL policy on Internet Access, the Mifflin Community Library Board of Directors has adopted the following Internet Use restrictions specific to MCL:

Internet Use Policy. All members of the bargaining unit shall adhere to the Town’s Internet Use Policy. Failure to adhere to the Policy shall constitute just cause under Article 26 for disciplinary action by the Town.

Internet Use Policy. In the event the Board wishes to change its Internet Use Policy in a way that affects bargaining unit members, the Board will initiate negotiations about the matter in accordance with the negotiations procedures contained in this agreement before implementing a change.
