Other Files Clause Samples

The "Other Files" clause defines the treatment and inclusion of additional documents or files that are not explicitly listed elsewhere in the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether such files are considered part of the contract, how they should be referenced, and under what circumstances they may be incorporated or excluded. For example, it may specify that any supplementary schedules, appendices, or technical documents provided during negotiations are binding only if expressly referenced. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity regarding which external documents are legally enforceable, thereby preventing disputes over the status of ancillary materials.
