Common use of Interpretation and Administration Clause in Contracts

Interpretation and Administration. 1. The Parties and Signatory Parties shall interpret and apply the provisions of this Agreement in the light of its objectives set out in Article 3 of this Chapter and in accordance with applicable rules of international law. 2. Each Party and Signatory Party shall administer in a consistent, impartial and reasonable manner all its laws, regulations, decisions and rulings affecting matters covered by this Agreement.
