Interpretation and Partial Invalidity. If any term of this Lease, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, shall to any extent be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease, or the application of such term to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each term of this Lease shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The titles of the Articles are for convenience only and not to be considered in construing this Lease. This Lease contains all of the agreements of the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersedes all prior dealings between them with respect to such subject matter.

All capitalized terms not otherwise modified or defined herein shall have the respective same meanings ascribed to them in the Lease. From and after the Effective Date and except as expressly set forth otherwise in this Fifth Amendment, the term “Lease” is hereby amended to mean and refer to the Lease as amended by this Fifth Amendment.

This Third Amendment contains all of the agreements of the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersedes all prior dealings between them with respect to such subject matter.
Interpretation and Partial Invalidity. 17.1 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.
17.2 If any provision of this Agreement or the application of it shall be declared or deemed void, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the Parties shall amend this Agreement as shall be necessary to give effect to the spirit of this Agreement so far as possible. If the Parties fail to amend this Agreement, the provision which is void, invalid or unenforceable, shall be deleted and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
