Interruptible Saltwater Sample Clauses

The "Interruptible Saltwater" clause defines the conditions under which the supply of saltwater to a party may be temporarily suspended or reduced. Typically, this clause applies to contracts involving industrial or agricultural users who rely on saltwater for operations, and it outlines the circumstances—such as maintenance, emergencies, or regulatory requirements—when interruptions are permitted. Its core function is to allocate risk and set expectations by clarifying when and how saltwater delivery may be interrupted, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations during such events.
