Interruption in Services. Member acknowledges that Open Works shall not be responsible for any damages, either direct or consequential, which may result in loss of use of the Facility, the Shops or the Microstudios, or from Open Works’ failure to furnish services. Open Works will act in a good faith and commercially reasonable manner to restore use of any equipment and/or access and use of the Facility as quickly as possible.
