Interruption of the supply Clause Samples

The 'Interruption of the supply' clause defines the procedures and responsibilities in the event that the supply of goods or services is temporarily halted. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which interruptions are permitted, such as force majeure events or maintenance, and may require the supplier to notify the buyer promptly and take steps to minimize disruption. Its core function is to manage expectations and allocate risk between parties, ensuring that both sides understand their rights and obligations if supply is interrupted, thereby reducing disputes and maintaining business continuity.
