Interruption of Use Clause Samples

The 'Interruption of Use' clause defines the rights and obligations of parties when the use of a property, service, or asset is temporarily disrupted. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which such interruptions may occur, such as maintenance, repairs, or unforeseen events, and may specify whether compensation, rent abatement, or alternative arrangements are provided during the period of non-use. Its core practical function is to allocate risk and clarify remedies in situations where the intended use is hindered, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their responsibilities during interruptions.
