Signing, cross ditching in the road surface (traveled way), earth berms, or other devices placed to discourage or eliminate use by passenger cars, are field evidence of road closure or restriction. Roads listed for work under Sections T-835, T-836, T-838, or T-839 are considered restricted. 3. Side roads listed for work under this Section are not restricted.
