Traffic Regulations Clause Samples
The Traffic Regulations clause establishes the rules and requirements that must be followed regarding the movement and operation of vehicles within a specified area or under certain circumstances. It typically outlines speed limits, parking restrictions, signage compliance, and the responsibilities of drivers or operators to adhere to local or site-specific traffic laws. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause helps ensure safety, order, and legal compliance, thereby reducing the risk of accidents and disputes related to traffic conduct.
