Interviewing Opportunity. On commencing employment the employee's immediate Supervisor or designate shall introduce the new employee to her Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or representative. The Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or representative shall be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes during the first month of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and her responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.
