Intoxicating Liquors Clause Samples

The 'Intoxicating Liquors' clause regulates the possession, sale, or consumption of alcoholic beverages within the scope of the agreement or on specified premises. Typically, this clause may prohibit bringing or consuming alcohol on the property, or require compliance with all applicable laws and licensing requirements regarding alcohol. Its core function is to ensure legal compliance and maintain order or safety by clearly outlining acceptable conduct related to intoxicating liquors.
Intoxicating Liquors. The Contractor shall not sell and shall neither permit nor suffer the introduction or use of intoxicating liquors upon or about the Work.
Intoxicating Liquors. Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless approved by the City Council.
Intoxicating Liquors. You will not cause or allow beer, wine or liquors of any kind to be sold, given away, or used upon the premises except upon the express written consent of the Village.
Intoxicating Liquors. Tenant will not cause or allow beer, wine, or liquors of any kind to be sold upon the leased premises. Tenant will not cause or allow beer, wine, or liquors of any kind to be given away or used upon the leased premise except upon the written consent of Landlord. Further, if such consent is given, it is understood and agreed that Tenant will comply with all state and local laws, rules and regulations with respect to the dispensing of alcoholic beverages and, further, Tenant shall have the sole responsibility and liability to third parties for any injury to person or property that may be caused in any way by the dispensing of alcoholic beverages.
Intoxicating Liquors. No intoxicated person shall enter, be or remain in the Park System. No person shall bring within, sell, give away or drink any intoxicating liquors in the Park System except in those areas and facilities designated by the Executive Director and the Board. The Barn at Bull Run Park and Freedom Hall have been designated by the Board for individuals to bring and drink intoxicating liquors. An “Alcohol Usage Permit” shall be completed by any renter prior to bringing or drinking intoxicating liquors on these premises. McClallen Park has been designated by the Board for individuals to drink intoxicating liquors during the “Morton Community Independence Day Celebration”. Prior approval and an appropriate permit must be obtained from the Executive Director prior to any rental, event or gathering where alcohol will be present.
Intoxicating Liquors. The CONTRACTOR shall not sell and shall not permit the introduction or use of intoxicating liquors upon or about the work under this Contract.

Related to Intoxicating Liquors

  • Alcohol on the day of testing all workers onsite shall be required to submit a breath sample i.e. blanket testing.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.

  • Drugs Possession or use of drugs by the Student, any person present in the residence with the Student, or any person present in the Student’s residence with the permission of the Student during the Student’s absence, are strictly prohibited in any UCF DHRL facility. Prohibited drugs include, but are not limited to: A. any substance, the possession or use of which, regardless of amount, could be found to violate Federal or Florida drug abuse prevention and control laws; B. any prescription medication for which the possessor/user does not have a presently valid medical prescription.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath-testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. A screening test will be conducted first. This initial screening may be accomplished using a saliva test kit. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02 percent, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 percent or more, a second confirmation test using the EBT will be conducted. The procedures that will be utilized by the lab for collection and testing of the specimen are attached hereto as Appendix A.
