Plaintiffs, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the other named Plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”), are deaf and hard of hearing inmates incarcerated in facilities under the control of the Illinois Department of Corrections (“IDOC”).1 Plaintiffs initiated this lawsuit against ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in his official capacity as director of IDOC.
