Introduction of a Change. 14.1.1 For all changes to the Contract, whether requested by ESA BIC Austria or initiated by the Incubatee, the Incubatee shall submit a proposal for a CCN. 14.1.2 The Incubatee shall ensure -in liaison with ESA BIC Austria- that each change proposal is fully coordinated and that all reasonably foreseeable implications of the change have been considered by the Incubatee and ESA BIC Austria. The Incubatee shall, on the request of ESA BIC Austria, provide additional documentary evidence of the effect of the change to both Parties.
